After conducting their acclaimed Knysna Painting Holidays from their beautifully appointed Leisure Isle studios for nearly two decades, Dale & Janny Elliot decided to create a new chapter in their lives by re-locating to the beautiful Boland town of Villiersdorp, in the Western Cape.
Here they have built a state-of-the-art Studio and Art Complex, incorporating a gallery, a framing section and a superbly appointed teaching studio for their Art Workshops.
The Studio and Gallery are ideally situated, and include every convenience for visitors and participants on the Art Workshops. |

Cranefields Wines
During 1998 a 135ha winemaking area, bordering the Theewaterskloof Dam (the largest storage dam in the region) was newly developed. The careful and thorough soil analyses confirmed the best possible conditions for the thriving of top-quality vine varieties - and since then approx 40ha have been utilised to grow the classic vine varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz.
Since 2005, Cranefields, with its distinguishably fruity and finely harmonised red wines, has created quite a stir among experts. Silver and Bronze medals at the first ever South African Young Wine Show are a significant and positive start for the debut of the 2005 wines.
